Bright office interior where finance teams meet for close reviews

About

A close-trail practice rooted in Juifang

Datafluxx exists for finance departments that need clearer month-end evidence—not another slide deck about “best practice.”

Why we started

After years inside period-end teams across northern Taiwan, we kept seeing the same fracture: the close finished on time, yet the audit trail—journals, reconciliations, sign-offs, and aged items—could not be opened cleanly a month later. Datafluxx was formed in Juifang to work on that fracture directly.

What we bring

Our practitioners come from controllership and internal review backgrounds. We speak the language of cut-off memos, suspense clears, and binder indexes. We do not sell ledger software or claim to replace your external auditor. We help your permanent team leave a trail that survives questions from group reporting, internal audit, and the people who join after turnover.

How we work with clients

Engagements stay narrow. One close cycle, a defined set of accounts, and a written trail map. Controllers keep posting authority. We sample, document gaps, and run remediation workshops. When paper vouchers dominate, we schedule on-site days near the files; when evidence is digital, remote review keeps travel light.

Taiwan context

Our office sits at 21SzuchiaotingpuRd.ShangtienLiJuifangTownTaipeiHsienTaiwan(China). Much of our fieldwork happens with finance teams in Taipei, New Taipei, and Taoyuan, where group English packs sit beside Chinese source documents. We label both clearly so HQ and local stewards share one index.

Values in practice

  • Specific findings over generic control language
  • Evidence locations you can open, not promises about “process maturity”
  • Respect for close-week pressure—short meetings, prepared document lists
  • Honest limits: we will not alter live ledgers or issue statutory opinions
