Data we collect
When you submit an estimate request we collect your name, email address, optional engagement preferences (service, preferred month, entity count), and the content of your message. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Cookie data is described in our cookie notice.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to inquiries and preparing estimates (legitimate interests / steps prior to contract)
- Performing booked engagements and related administration (contract)
- Maintaining site security and diagnosing faults (legitimate interests)
- Optional analytics when you accept non-essential cookies (consent)
Retention
Inquiry records are kept up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, dispute, or legal obligation. Engagement files follow retention periods stated in the engagement letter, typically aligned with accounting record needs.
Recipients
We use hosting and email providers that process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. Where a group finance contact is copied at your request, information you provide may be shared with that contact.
International transfers
Primary operations are in Taiwan. If a processor stores data outside Taiwan, we take reasonable contractual and technical steps appropriate to the transfer and the sensitivity of the data.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Taiwan personal data protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email hello@datafluxx.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority in Taiwan.
Children
This site is directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
