These terms apply to the Datafluxx website and to professional engagements booked through it.
Acceptance
By using https://datafluxx.digital you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. Booking an engagement creates a separate services agreement that may add or modify commercial terms for that work.
Services described
Pages describing month-end close audit trail management, rates, and processes are informational. They do not constitute an offer until Datafluxx issues a written estimate or engagement letter you accept.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and downloadable materials remain the property of Datafluxx or its licensors. You may not copy substantive materials for commercial reuse without written permission. Engagement deliverables are licensed to the client as stated in the engagement letter.
No professional opinion beyond scope
Website content is general information. It is not a statutory audit opinion, tax advice, or legal advice. Formal conclusions appear only in signed deliverables for a named client and period.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Datafluxx is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. For paid engagements, liability caps and exclusions are set in the engagement letter. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Taiwan law.
User conduct
You agree not to misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access to systems hosting this site, or submit unlawful content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taiwan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
